Almost ten years ago I wrote an email to this list [see attachment] asking for discussion about the lip sync problems in ATSC.
Today it is much worse, not better than it was then. When will the FCC start levying fines against stations, networks, equipment manufacturers and software creators for not doing a proper job? Time was that not having video on all of line 21 was cause for a $10K fine. Or maybe Who Cares?
