As Craig B. would say, we are in violent agreement.I point out only that the issue is NOT with the ATSC standard. It provides for perfect, constant lip sync. Unfortunately, receiver manufacturers ignore the PTS except when there is a major interruption (e.g., tuning). And no one is policing receiver manufacturers.
