First, Intel had no business trying, is my thinking. It smacked of conflict of 
interest. Mixing hardware vendor and service provider roles together has a way 
of creating walled gardens.

But most importantly, Intel tried as a middleman. If Disney decides to provide 
ESPN outside of MVPD walled gardens, that's a whole 'nother story, Craig. They 
own the content. Not too many people can prevent them from using whatever 
distribution options they please!!
