I had to stop reading about 1/4 way through. This article is penned by
someone who knows absolutely zilch about CDNs, caching, routing and
indeed the data payload that a teleworker would transmit during the
average day.

Nevermind that Homeland Insecurity should not be using the public
internet to disseminate critical information!
