Oh, I didn't catch that point.  XHUPN-DT is currently a plan, and there is no 
need for that digital allocation, since there is still a vacant analog 
allocation in Tecate.

AFAIK Qualcomm bought Ch. 55 nationwide for MediaFLO.  Our Digital 
facilities are currently on Ch.. 55.
