How often do you try to tune to New York or Philadelphia radio stations? it IS possible, but given the reality that your local radio stations provide more than adequate service, there is little need to pull in out-of-market signals. The same would be true for DTV if the infrastructure were designed properly. But some people can;t let go of a bad idea...
