Right. It topped out at 9Mbits (or was it 12, I forget). Anyhow, the 
only thing viable on it was Windows Media 720p @ 6Mbits, and a second 
feed @ VBR.

And even that was a bear to get working (I sat with the Tandberg and 
SpectraRep guys trying to get the Windows server to spit out packets at 
an MTU the Tandberg box could accept) -- Windows Media HD likes to 
jumbosize ethernet frames when it reaches a certain bitrate, as a way of 
getting around burstiness (most probably due to limitations within 
windows' scheduler).
