Oh, I always do! But since the non-lossy PNG is >2Mb, and the maps in the PA releases are in JPG format anyway, I thought this would give a reasonable approximation of what it will look like when released.
I've made a start on replacing the labels and this seems to be making a real difference. Unfortunately, I don't have the exact font, so I'm using Arial as an approximation. It still looks very good, and you'd have to look hard (or be a bit of a nerd like me) to spot the differences in the font-face. I'll put an example of this up later on today.
