I did read through this weekend, I didn't immediately see anything
except in the acknowledgements, the "action charts" heading is linked.
 I don't know if this is intended or not, but the 's' is not included
in the link so it jumps out at a different color/not underlined.  It
struck me as the link may have been added automatically.
