There's also the possibility that Lone Wolf fought Crypt Spawn at the
end of 05sots, (cf section 223), but its only a possibility, so a
footnote would also include "Tomb of the Majhan". I don't know how
you would account if a gamer never meets Crypt Spawn at these places.
