Hm. I see what you mean. Give me the word that a publication worthy
version is is the test area (I'm away from a trusted computer that can
generate the books), and I'll make sure to put all the files together.
I may have time to do the rest of it - announcing etc. - but if not,
I'll hand it back to you. We'll get this done sooner or later. :)
