It's time to dust off our process for generating a new XML source file.
Our first task is to create text files, one per numbered section, that
duplicates the source text as closely as possible, including any typos or
other problems. We'll fix those later in the process. The work is actually
pretty simple, but here are the details:

As is our tradition, 🙂 we'll take these in ten batches of 35 sections:
1-35, 36-70, 71-105, etc. If you can help, respond to this list saying
which batch you'll work on. Please only commit if you can finish in a week
or two. When you're done, send the files directly to me, not the list.
