I can't help with the “proofread” stage, because I don't have a copy of the
book—but would there be any value in me getting a head start on the “edit”
stage, and going over the plain text with an eye for spelling, punctuation,
and the Manual of Style?
Because I’ve kind of gone ahead and done that for all the frontmatter
sections already.
