For now, we shouldn't worry about the illustrations. That's still to be
determined, but adding them to the XML later is easier anyway.

Looked into ways of getting access to a physical copy and that’s

Many publishers distinguish between submitted manuscripts
and copyedited versions with regard to intellectual
property. Does anything different need to happen here than
in years past? If that hasn't been clarified it might be
worth reaching out to Ben/publisher for permission details
so we don't get us/him in any trouble.
