I've basically finished 1-35, so I can pick up 36-70.
Also, what's the word on the illustrations? Do we have permission to
publish those, and if we don't, do we need to note "Illustration xx"? I
forgot to do that on my first go around, so hopefully the rest of y'all are
more on top of things than I!

Right, Ben sent the text. I think it's what was submitted to the
printer, sot it's probably pretty close to the printed version although we
can't rule out some changes made later before final publication.
