Ben has confirmed that we're in the clear. Holmgard Press holds all
English language rights for 29.

For now, until we get clarification, let's assume that it's OK to
reproduce the printed edition. If that turns out to be a problem, it
won't be too difficult to revert the changes.

Good point. I'll ask for clarification.

OK. So this seems like prepublication copy. Is he, and the
publisher, cool with us duplicating their post-submission
edits/changes? I think this is the first time we're doing this with
a book that has an active publication /print run. Many publishers
distinguish between submitted manuscripts and copyedited versions
with regard to intellectual property. Does anything different need
to happen here than in years past? If that hasn't been clarified it
might be worth reaching out to Ben/publisher for permission details
so we don't get us/him in any trouble.

Right, Ben sent the text. I think it's what was submitted to the
printer, sot it's probably pretty close to the printed version
although we can't rule out some changes made later before final
publication.

Safe to assume this came direct from the source? Guessing
this is mostly going to be formatting vs proofreading
compared to working through the originals from hardcopy?
