This looks so 1990s. I bet even ye goode olde NCSA Mosaic could display
it. :-)
More seriously, I guess it's as simple as it get's with embedded images
and given its simplicity it looks okay. The only thing I'd change is the
alignment of the numbered section numbers. I'd probably center them.
