This is based on the simple, single-page format but includes illustrations. The idea is to make it easy for owners of ebook readers to read an illustrated book: http://www.projectaon.org/test/en/xhtml-less-simple/lw/24rw/title.htm Thoughts?I added one for Shadow on the Sand as well earlier, since I had to update the xml: <http://www.projectaon.org/test/en/xhtml-less-simple/lw/05sots/title.htm>Thanks, Simon. If uploading all of the output versions during testing becomes a burden, we should decide on a subset of formats that are necessary, at least in the early stages of testing.
I added it more as an experiment to see (1) if I could get the script to work (which I did, with tweaking; and (2) as a comparison against the single-page illustrated 24rw, in case there were any issues that it might have highlighted. As it is, everything seems OK.
I can't necessarily promise to upload single-page illustrated editions of each book when it gets updated, but I will try if possible. Bear in mind that the biggest pain lies in uploading the single-page illustrated version the first time; on subsequent updates, I don't need to re-upload the illustrations--they don't change except under extraordinary circumstances--so I (or anyone else, hint, hint!) can delete them from the local directory before uploading. ;-)
