I added the links, but I think it begins to be too many links. Maybe
just the first two occurrences, but that becomes a little hard to
maintain. Once we finalize the layout, I was planning to create a set
of templates to (:include:) into the book pages. I believe that
deciding which occurrences come first isn't possible while using
templates.

If anyone has ideas about how to make the layout better, I'd encourage
you to use the wiki capabilities of the website to create your own
demonstration, stealing the code from mine as necessary. If you're
unfamiliar with how to edit wiki pages, this is a good place to start;
