For the record, various reports this morning have said that the play was
announced as 4th and 6 in the stadium, and not the 4th and 5 the tv said.

Since it was a scoring play, shouldn't they had the option to assess the
penalty on the kickoff ? Or is that only for penalties on PATs ?
They would have saved seconds from the clock and tried the onside kick five
yards ahead.
