Nicky, Louise, You are experiencing the joys of independent customer service agencies whose specific task in life is to provide answers to certain questions and being helpful is beyond their realm so it's a case of either finding an avenue to a cure or bombarding C.E.O.S WITH REGISTERED LETTERS. Now there's a thought: Tony since you can't get the booking link to work properly why not send a letter to the C.E.O. Ryan Air if you hve enough time lag before booking date for your flight with details of your problem and just for duplicity sake see if you can send an email to him or Micheal.oleary at Ryan air. I did it with Chorus and it worked! So go on if you can't whip them into shape one way grab them by the cables!! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Louise Taylor" <louise.t85@xxxxxxxxx>

Nicky,

I know it's probably not my place to say very much because I'm in a different country, but I have the same problem with national express, who deals with bus and coach travel around the UK. It's always less to book on line but their website is so inaccessible that I have to book over the phone. Despite explaining this to the various phone operatives I've delt with, I have always been charged extra for booking over the phone and told that if I want cheaper travel, I have to book it online. It is ridiculous in my opinion but what can we do about it?
Regards,
Louise.

Ok, don't get excited Tony as I am not writing with a salution but rather
am going to add to your problem. Now, its not Ryanair but I believe that
our friends in Aerlingus have changed their site also and its simply not
goint to work for us now the way they have it? That is all very well and
good but trying to book with them or even Ryanair by phone costs extra. My query to anyone that can answer it is, because it is not possible for us to
book independently using their websites any more can they still charge us
more for phone bookings or, would this be seen as discriminatory?

Cheers, Nicky.
