Louise, Personally I would go to the equality authority of the consumer affairs agency here to see if they could advise me on the matter. I put the question out to see if people had any experience in these matters. I think that if you are making a booking like that again you should possibly check your rights out as a consumer or under the disability discrimination act in the UK as you are being prevented from using a service that is open to others and through no fault of your own you are being charged more. I would say that this is clear discrimination but then, I could be proved wrong. Cheers, Nicky.
