Hi Tim,

Is this a Jaws thing, i.e. Can a sighted person click continue with the
"real" mouse?

Yes, it seems sighted people have no problem. It's very strange, as I can position the cursor on the 'Continue' button, but when I click the real mouse... Nothing happens.

Have you tried Firefox?

No. I'll give it a crack though.

Best wishes,

Tony

Subject: [vicsireland] Ryanair Site

Afternoon,

Have any of you Jaws users successfully booked a Ryanair flight recently?

I can get as far as the screen where information like name, baggage
requirements, Travel Insurance is entered. Once I have all the details
filled in, I can find the 'Continue' button... I can't activate it though.

I've tried pressing Enter, CTRL+Enter, left clicking with the Jaws
keystroke, positioning the Jaws cursor on the button and clicking with the
actual mouse... Nothing works.

- I've tried to book on two separate machines, one using IE7 and Jaws 9,
the other using IE8 with Jaws 10
- I have the necessary checkboxes ticked on the page
- I have all the radio button selections made
- I have Javascript enabled

Anyone have any ideas?

Best wishes,

Tony Murray
