If anyone feels moved to complain to Ryanair, or any other website owner for
that matter, I'd recommend following the guidance on the NCBI website about
exercising your rights:
URL:
http://www.ncbi.ie/living-with-sight-loss/exercising-your-rights/exercising-your-rights-to-make-public-bodies-accessible
Short URL: http://bit.ly/cwVrkx

There's a section on what to do about inaccessible websites and online
documents.

It might seem pointless complaining to a company like Ryanair, but companies do
perk up if they get a number of complaints. It's a bit like complaining about
content of TV adverts. Hardly anyone complains, so if the advertising standards
authority gets even a dozen complaints, they know it's indicative of a far
larger number of disgruntled viewers and they act on it.

If anyone does take this further, let us know how you get on won't you.

Mark
