Hi Flor,

If you download it at your workplace, the document will inevitably end up on
a network-accessible disk drive. We can only guess at the intentions of the
BSI here.

Visiting the BSI website, I found the following surreal nugget:
  PAS 78 is also available to purchase from BSI Customer Services in the
  following formats:
  large print, easy read, audio, braille, daisy, Welsh.
Is Welsh some strange new data format I've never heard of before?
