PAS 78: A guide to good practice in commissioning accessible websites' is for 
those responsible for commissioning or maintaining public-facing websites and 
web-based services.
The guidance is available in Word and PDF formats.

One electronic copy of the guidance is available free per individual or 
business. The guidance can be read or searched online, or printed.

PAS 78 was developed by the British Standards Institution (BSI) and sponsored
