an interesting  point.

I don't know, but assume it's legal to record audio from the net for your 
own use?

Wouldn't recording radio be illegal?

I think recording FM radio is not covered under the same law because tapes 
etc are priced including the royalties.

Not sure.  Just going from bits and pieces I know about copyright.
