Hi Mike,

It's the usual story from these people, issue the refund and forget about
the problem. I suppose they don't feel it is worth getting into the area of
making their products accessible or don't wish too. Well at least you'll get
your money back.

Paul.

Hello Jim this is the reply I got when I wrote to these people about my
difficulty in reading E-Book.

Dear Mike,

Thank you for contacting iUniverse. Unfortunately all of our e-books are
created with the DRM restrictions attached. We are unable to separate them
and send you a different file. I am not aware of any restrictions regarding
screen readers but it could be possible that the DRM is restricting this. If
you would like, since you are unable to use the e-book, I would be happy to
issue you a refund for your order. Please let me know what you would like to
do.

Regards,

Blair Wyant
