Your Qjackctl version? What distro are you using?

It's debian testing, but I build both jack and qjackctl locally.
And I'm getting the same with qjackctl 0.3.4 and 0.3.5. Very weird.

In the setup window, I found a checkbox on the right to enable/disable
alsa-seq support. When unchecked, the alsa tab disappears.
