That indicates a problem in setting sched_fifo on the midi thread (_not_
audio!). The "temporarily unavailable" status is strange, but I think it
still comes down to getting things right in /etc/security/limits.conf, or
/etc/security/limits.d/audio.conf, or wherever it is they're putting it
these days.
When setting sched_fifo fails, yoshimi tries again for sched_other, and
from your log that appears to succeed. You will get better results if you
can sort out the priority permissions though.
