[access-uk] AN INFURIATING LAPTOP PROBLEM

Hi all,

Well, I finally solved two longstanding computer related problems this week but one remains ...

Our laptop often loses its Start Menu. What I mean is that the Windows key no longer goes to the start menu but operates normally for all other keystrokes. This means that the only way to shut down is usually to perform a Ctrl+Alt+Del, go to Users, log off, then go back into Windows and get out normally.

Has anyone any idea what might be the cause and/or solution for this one, please?

Thanks, as always, for any help offered.
