At the time there wasn't a fee. Or I wasn't told there was a fee. But
looking at the site today I'm not really finding the kind of thing I'm
after. I get the feeling that local fora won't be the kind of places to
bring up technology legislation. But I'd happily stand corrected if
someone has any positive or interesting experiences on this.
