Hi Elliot,

That sounds disgraceful!  I dont' blame you and I'd not touch them again with a 
barge pole if that was my experience as well.

I'm lucky here because I got to know some of the Tech guys in the N ireland 
Sprucefield centre.  Just chatting and if I was there I've been asked several 
times for my opinion on some customers' PC problems and helped them out of a 
few sticky situations.
