Hi,

Sales staff yes, i have to say are a bit on the clueless side. They arent'
anymore than Customer Service. The Tech Guys often as not in my experience are
spot-on and the guys who handle new stock out the back are good. It's not like
the online shops who will have at least one Gamer/Modder in-house. My
attraction was as I've said my experience of after-sales, because I've struck a
relationship up with my local store and also some of their Desktop specs I
couldn't build the same machine for that money.

Eliots' horror stories I can almost mimic witha company called Cube247. I
bought one machine about 6 years back. Costed £1500 and was a disaster from
day one. Each time I waited two weeks on getting it back and the boxes they
sent it back in were shabby. Also it costed me at least £20 to post it from NI
to them each time, so it wasnt' cost effective buying online like that.

Regards,
Barry.
