Hello,I am a new member to this group and I believe that PC world are not that helpful as I experienced that too. I felt that they did not know very much about the products they were trying to sell you. So my husband and I went elsewhere.

How do you get the machine back to them? probably you paying, you finding a large enough box, you making sure it's boxed securely and doesn't' get damaged in transit. The company will ship it back to you in 1 to 2 working weeks.I know the machines from these companies that deal exclusively online are very attractive with their specs but that's only one part of the "New computer hunt process".Have you considered PC World? It's very very hard to beat their specs, (if you shop around), especially when you combine that with their after-sales-support. They'll either send an engineer to your house, Parcel Force to pick the unit up, or if you live close enough you can offer to bring it to the Tech Guys in-store. The max turn-around I've had for a Motherboard replacement on a Desktop was 3 days, from drop off to pick-up. My local PC World is very good at support.BTW. I would not buy components/peripherals from PC World as the retail price is too high.
