In composite propellant, 94% theoretical/measured density ratio can
produce burn profile anomalies depending on chamber pressure. Never
really did much analysis of that when I was playing with candy
although I know that 90% and below is definitely concerning.
Is that because the lower density leads to voids which would increase
the burn area in a random way, driving pressure spikes?
