If you use it in basic HTML format and things like the company address book are 
not accessible. Many of the functions required to do my job were not at all 
accessible. Yes ICANN read the E – mail but using the address book was the 
hardest thing.
Also if the icons are not in basic HTML then it is impossible to tell that that 
garbage can looking thing is a delete button unless someone tells you.
I almost had to get a new job thank God my company was acquired by Microsoft 
shop.
