Well,  I did a vehicular route and it gave all the proper directions to get to 
my workplace, but the mileage just didn't coincide with that of the paratransit 
company. I'm not implying that it doesn't work all over the country. In fact, I 
suggested that geographical location might have an impact on irregularity of 
performance. In no way to I discredit Sendero Group, but rather I'm just 
wondering if this is a viable tool for my part of the country. I still plan to 
use the app and do so on a regular basis when commuting in vehicular mode.
