[Ilugc] A good 'C' book?

There's another "interesting" C book by an indian author - reasonably
popular. Yashwant Kanitkar's "Spirit of C", "Let us C" etc books.
I remember a rather packed lecture he gave 7 or 8 years back in Hyderabad -
and he started it off with "shouldnt we hang Charles Simonyi" :)
