[Ilugc] Conference in Chennai

hi,

what do you think of having a foss conference in Chennai? NRC-FOSS is  
keen on having an allindia conference in mid november. We need to  
have a few sessions for our agenda and would like to know if the LUG  
would be interested in conducting the other sessions, talks,  
tutorials, BOFs etc.
