Maybe the ilugc volunteers who helped elcot turn their desktops from
windoze to linux can give a presentation about their experience and
how was the response.
3. distribute as much as FOSS packed cd-roms/dvd to the general public.
This is a good idea. The distro which is the most user-friendly should
be chosen for this so that end-users do not get scared.
4. entry fee should not be there :-)
This can be decided when the final budget is worked out.
