[Ilugc] Conference in Chennai

purpose of having conference in chennai?
because chennai hasnt had a conference?
My initial thoughts ;-)
For me (from a personal view) to attend this conference in Chennai,
-- what is / shall be unique about it when compared to foss.in and
freed.in ; this has to be well thought / brainstormed and defined
-- timing of the conference; please bear in mind that conference
attendes would be looking at events outside the conference / workshop
as well; so, the timing of the event should be in-sync with that of
the Chennai weather so as to avoid the "Chennai HOT Summer" (no
negatives meant here, though I live in Bangalore now, 30 years of my
life has been spent in MADRAS, and I take pride in saying so)
