A name with a better recall value would be nice - FossConf 08?  
Rather simplistic shortening, but I don't see it being claimed by  
other conferences.

name has not yet been decided, btw, I hope you are going to organise  
a ruby subconference, and we can also have a python vs ruby flamefest
