Hi

All I am saying is .Net core / mono can be used.
The core issue here is OP has asked for candidates in .Net framework
1).Net framework includes asp.net, vb.net, c# software language ms.
2) .NET eco system has .net framework,.net core and xamarin.
.net 4 was eula and later microsoft released .net core 1.0 in MIT license

the table and the horse analogy is very much relevant  we know the
difference between .net and .net core [1] .

more over OP has asked for .net professionals with 2 years experience, by
that time .net core was not born.,
github says 27/06/2016 as commit date, [2]

AFAIK, this call is a violation to this forum guidelines.
