How they are able to give this?
They probably have an OEM agreement with Redhat. The whole point is,
whichever OS they preinstall, they are obliged to give you one set of
installation/recovery/whateveryoucallit CDs to you. If your vendor
didn't, then force him to. Publish his name here so that others can
steer clear of him. Tell the vendor that you are going to publish his
name in user groups in Chennai and that his sales are going to go
down.
Next, go get RHEL ES 4.0 from Redhat and install it. Their website has
details on how to obtain it.
