If you buy a product (PC with a preloaded RH WS3 install) that HCL sells
you should expect a copy of the OEM'd media that Redhat gives HCL
If some salesman from a HCL dealer is just buying blank boxes (or
probably boxes with DOS), installing some random linux version and
selling it that's another story altogether. And RH WS-3's licensing
makes it as much piracy as if the salesman were instead installing a
cracked copy of WinXP
