Instead of sending mail after mail, please call HCL and get the
position clarified. If the the redhat linux is legal you can get
recovery/full cd set easily from them.

Sorry to disturb again. One system with RHWS 3 is not working. we get the error
message

In Forum search they advise to use the recovery CD. We are still trying to get
the CDs from HCL.
When we report this problem to HCL he said he will support only windows
(don't know what support they will give). The response from them is very poor
and the sys.
is down for more than 5 days.
Is there any thing we can do to solve this problem.
