The code-generation is just one aspect of GLADE. The most
advantageous thing with glade is the GladeXML library where you don't
have to bother with how to place the widgets and where _in_ the Code
but instead use Glade to "build" the UI, generate the XML and ask your
Gtk app to use the XML file. You can even assign actions to call backs
and things like that with the GladeXML.
