Well, you can customize your indentation anyday on emacs. Please
don't bebiased just forthe sake of it!
I've been programming in C for nearly 4 years now.. I find the
Emacs indendation a lot better than Vi indentation
(IMHO). Personally I like it because, I nest a lot of code into
`if` clauses or `for` loops and still they fit beautifully into
the 80 column console.
I have tried out the 8spaces indenting recommended in the Linux
kernel, and various other styles.. (even camelcase). But
personally I dont find the code that readable as in Emacs
indenting. However, this is purely a personal choice and a project
policy rather than a point of debate of efficiency. All that
matters is consistency throughout the project
