The last figure I heard -- about a week ago -- was 22 million.  But of
course, this doesn't include actual digital television sets.

And, people don't rent converter boxes.  How many of those iPods were
replacement ones?  Don't people buy several every year?

WOW!

That's 1.5 million more DTV boxes than the number of iPods Apple sold 
in the LAST QUARTER...

Where did you get this number?

By the way, the NTIA coupon program has been funded to pay for 37.5 
million coupons ($1.5 billion).
